I qualified as an ADI in 2013. Since then, I have helped train learners and instructors of all levels.
I currently run ordit-trainer.com which is my training establishment for instructor training and Worcestershire Driver Training which delivers driver training for learners and full licence holders.
As well as this, I deliver instructor training and train the trainer courses for My Four Wheels driving school. I am part of the governing committee and training team for the ADINJC as well as a committee member for the Worcester driving instructors association.
My background in sports coaching and instructing has helped me develop my client centred learning techniques, relevant for the training I now deliver.
